✨ ABOUT STORY + STUDIO
Story + Studio is a thoughtfully guided art experience for young children that blends storytelling, art-making, and creative play into one joyful morning.
Each session begins with a story or art-inspired conversation, followed by teacher-led exploration of art materials. Children are invited to paint, print, build, collage, and create — focusing on process, discovery, and self-expression in a calm, supportive studio environment.
Creative play follows our art time, allowing children to connect with friends, extend their ideas, and move freely — all within an intentional, art-centered setting.
This is a gentle, structured experience designed to nurture confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Week 1 (July 10): Small Worlds
Tiny homes, mouse houses, and imaginative mini spaces
Week 2 (July 17): Food, Folks & Fun
Playful food art, gatherings, and creative connections
Week 3 (July 24): The Stitchuation
Fiber arts, soft materials, and simple hand-making
Week 4 (July 31): Treehuggers
Forest dwellings, habitats, and nature-inspired builds
Week 5 (August 7): Invention Lab
Building, tinkering, and problem-solving through art
Week 6 (August 14): Let’s Get Mystical
Enchanted materials, magical thinking, and imaginative worlds
👋 CAREGIVER NOTE
Story + Studio is designed as a drop-off mini art class, but we understand that every child adjusts at their own pace.
Caregivers are welcome to stay briefly if needed. We’re always happy to work together to support a child’s comfort and confidence as they grow into independent participation and may need caregivers to stay entirely for their first or second class.
