DOT TO DOT ART WORKSHOP WILL PROVIDE:
Space- use of the studio including tables, chairs, & restroom facilities
Sales opportunities- we will designate an area in the studio for your own “pop-up shop” so that you can make commission free sales during your workshop. You are invited to bring business cards, flyers, etc. to share (and leave in our studio)
Tools & supplies- non-consumable supplies such as scissors, Exactos, brushes, and some agreed consumables
Registration & payment collection- includes a listing on our website which handles registration forms and payment collection via credit card, unless other arrangements have been made
Advertising/Exposure- highlighted Facebook and Instagram posts, & website placement
WORKSHOp/class INSTRUCTORS WILL PROVIDE:
Short proposal- a rough written proposal (a paragraph is great) of what you anticipate teaching, including photographs we can use for class promotion. Providing a workshop flyer/image is even better (Canva is a great app for this)
Promotion- instructors are responsible to promote their classes/workshop in their own channels so that we can have the best possible attendance. Dot to Dot Art Workshop is not responsible for promoting but will support and share your efforts
Class instruction & classroom management- you being your dynamic interesting self, showing off your awesome talents in a safe and controlled environment
Specialized supplies and consumables- varies by project
Set-up/Clean-up- you are responsible for all set-up and proper clean-up from your class/workshop/event. Clean-up procedures check-list will be given
COMPENSATION TERMS:
Instructors=60% of class fees, Dot to Dot Art Workshop=40% of class fees (will vary depending on workshop). Fees will be paid by check or Venmo after workshop, class, or session ends
